The Cabaret Theatre has closed its doors after more than 40 years in downtown Bridgeport, bringing an end to a longtime fixture in the city’s arts community. While the venue is closing, its Theatre for Young Audiences productions will continue at a new location, ensuring children’s programming will go on.
